Terms and conditions of use
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Arbitralo website (the “Site”). By entering and using the Site, the user accepts the terms described here. If you do not agree, we suggest that you do not use the Site.
1. Informational nature and no financial advice
Arbitralo is a purely informational site that compares the prices of digital assets (USDT) on different exchanges operating in Argentina.
- Nothing published on the Site constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, legal or tax advice, or an invitation or offer to buy or sell crypto assets or legal tender currency.
- Trading digital assets and currencies carries high risk. Users are solely responsible for the decisions they make.
2. Source and currency of the data
- Quotes, rates and other data shown come from publicly available sources (such as the CriptoYA API) and are updated automatically or periodically.
- The owners of the Site do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, currency or continuous availability of the data or of the sources used. Prices are for reference only and may differ from the values in effect when you trade on each platform.
3. Telegram alerts
- The “Alert me” buttons open the Telegram bot of Convertilo, a sister site of Arbitralo run by the same owners, which sends a message when the price reaches the chosen value.
- Alerts are checked periodically, approximately every 15 minutes (it may take longer), and depend on third-party sources and services. They may arrive late, not arrive, or not reflect the price available when you trade. Delivery and timeliness are not guaranteed.
- The personal data involved in alerts is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
- The structure, design, source code, logos, organization of content, comparison tables and indicators developed in Arbitralo are the intellectual property of the Site’s owners, protected by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic (including Law No. 11,723).
- Reproducing, distributing, selling or modifying the Site’s content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express written authorization of its owners.
5. Third-party links, advertising and referral programs
- The Site includes links to third-party platforms (exchanges), some of which are referral program or sponsored links.
- Using these links may generate a commission for the owners of Arbitralo, without changing the final price for the user.
- The user’s commercial or contractual relationship is established solely with the destination exchange, and also with Telegram in the case of alerts, which is a third-party service subject to its own terms. The owners of Arbitralo accept no liability for the operation, policies, security or content of those sites and services, or of any advertising pieces that may be shown.
6. Voluntary donations
- The Site allows voluntary donations in crypto assets to public wallet addresses. Donations do not entitle the donor to anything in return.
- Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Before sending, the user must verify the address and network shown. The owners are not responsible for transfers sent to a wrong network or address.
7. Changes
The owners reserve the right to modify, update or suspend the Site’s content, design or features, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
