Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Arbitralo is run by its owners, who also run Convertilo (convertilo.com.ar), the sister site where the Telegram alerts bot works.

2. Information collected

Arbitralo is designed to ask for as little data as possible. You do not need to sign up or give personal data to view the tables or use the calculator.

• Visit analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures use of the Site in an aggregated, anonymous way (pages viewed, device type, country of origin, etc.). It does not use cookies.
• Hosting logs: the Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, in its server logs to operate and protect the service.
• Local preferences: the Site stores your light or dark mode preference in your browser. That information is not sent to our servers.
• Telegram alerts (only if you use them): when you tap “Alert me” and send the message to the bot, Telegram gives the bot your numeric chat identifier. We store that identifier together with the chosen price, the alert type (buy or sell), the language and the alert’s status. The bot does not store your name, username or phone number.
• We do not ask for email addresses, passwords, bank details or identity documents on the Site.

3. Purpose of processing

• To operate and improve the technical performance of the Site and to analyze usage trends anonymously.
• To send you the Telegram notice when an alert you created yourself is triggered. Alert data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long alerts are kept

• An alert is kept while it is active. When it is triggered and the notice is sent, the alert is deleted.
• You can delete your active alerts at any time by sending /cancelaralerta to the bot. You can also ask us to delete all of your alert data, as explained in the rights section.

5. Providers involved

• Vercel: hosting of the Site and visit analytics.
• Supabase: database where alerts and price histories are stored.
• Telegram: messaging service through which alerts are sent.
• CriptoYA: source of the quotes. It is queried from our servers and receives no data about people who visit the Site.
• Fonts are served from the Site itself, without your browser requesting them from Google.
• These providers may store or process information on servers located outside Argentina.

6. Information security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Links to external sites

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, exchanges or services linked from Arbitralo. We recommend reading the privacy policy of each site you visit.

8. Your rights

• You may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, in particular your alert data.
• The holder of personal data may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (Article 14, paragraph 3, of Law No. 25,326).
• The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed for breach of the personal data protection rules.
